No Liability for Calculation Errors: You acknowledge that the accuracy of any analysis performed through the Service depends on the correctness of your model definitions, input data, assumptions, and interpretation. FERS provides computational results as an aid only, and does not guarantee that those results are free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for verifying all inputs, assumptions, boundary conditions, and material properties, and independently validating every output before relying on it in any professional, safety-critical, or legal context. Under no circumstances shall FERS be liable for any claim, loss, or damage arising from your use of, or reliance upon, any computational results obtained via the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Amsterdam, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
